Job description
- Managing volume, turnover and profit across defined categories and / or retailers within a wider customer team.
- Developing and delivering the annual business plan in line with the SDUK International strategy.
- Supporting the development on new business through influencing and driving your customers wide distribution network, agreeing timely and effective promotions and landing all relevant NPD.
- Supporting the International Team in the development of new international product launches, trade shows and effectively managing internal relationships and processes.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date supply forecasts as part of the monthly planning cycle.
- Providing high level customer service both internally and externally to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Being clear on the position of SDUK products in your markets and being able to assess opportunities and risks.
- Experienced in managing National, Wholesale and/or international accounts in an FMCG environment. The ability to speak Spanish would be advantageous.
- Experienced in building and negotiating Joint Business Plans with either distributors, wholesalers or retailers.
- Able to analyse data and generate insights, then convert into creative recommendations that deliver both category and SDUK growth.
- Able to provide a track record of good relationship building and communication skills: internally, cross functionally and with third parties.
- Results oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude and show a real passion for our brands & customers.
- Flexible to travel overseas and to SDUK sites at least once a month – you must have a valid passport.
