What the job does:
We have an exciting opportunity to hire an ambitious, passionate, and driven Senior Retail Marketing Manager. You will lead your team to create and implement impactful off & online retail focused marketing strategy, pivoting around changing customer habits and aligned with the overarching business goals.
As a key regional marketing guardian, you will collaborate effectively with the wider UK teams and inspire our retail partners with your attitude to excellence, your unstoppable and imaginative creative flair, and your passion for getting things done.
Accountabilities
- A highly experienced, senior regional marketing expert, you will have full ownership of the retailer marketing both offline and online across our home market.
- Your role will be centred around leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail marketing team to develop holistic and integrated marketing plans that drive customer experience, retail sales results and category objectives within our retail partners and own stores.
- Efficiently drive channels through a marketing lens, apply strategic marketing know-how and partnership-building capabilities.
- Own, drive and regularly review commercial results, taking action from insight to inform future decisions.
- Together with the Head of Marketing, and in partnership with Commercial, lead negotiation of trade marketing activities in line with strategy and with a focus on maximum ROI.
- Lead partnership with Visual Merchandising, Store Design and Retail teams to integrate retail marketing and retail experience.
- Work closely with the Category Marketing Team to deliver plans that drive our NPD whilst also accelerating & grow our core franchises.
- Lead bi-annual Retailer Strategy meetings with support of your team, inspiring retail partners with brand successes, high level brand strategy and upcoming campaigns.
- Bring thought-leadership and digital excellence to innovative and disruptive brand activity with our retail partners across the region to raise total brand awareness & create memorable brand moments, identifying best practices across the industry and opportunities to increase Charlotte Tilbury share of voice and ranking in existing retailers, with a strong lens on driving the best omnichannel customer experience.

- Lead the planning, approval & follow-up of key projects to gain alignment from all key internal & external stakeholders.
- Drive accurate budget forecasting and actualisation of the regional marketing budget in line with sales targets.

- Set realistic and achievable objectives via the appraisal process.
Requirements
- Extensive Marketing experience gained within beauty or retail
- Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
- Very strong experience & knowledge in retail marketing
- Excellent digital & online marketing skills
- Results driven, commercially minded and consumer centric
- A credible and persuasive negotiator, communicator, and influencer at all levels
- Strong retailer relationships and cross-functional partnership approach
- Pro-active go-getter with growth mindset and professional attitude
- Excellent leadership, team management and development
- Experience of budget and P&L management
- Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Structured and organised
