We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, with a strong web and digital background, to join the Marketing and Research team in Cambridge, UK.

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

About the role

The Marketing and Research department is a busy and vibrant environment where no two days are the same.

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of strategic, digital transformation projects, with a particular focus on the web.

You will work within Sector Marketing and in close collaboration with Data and Channel Excellence, Technology, and other core teams to help launch the new public-facing website. This will include coordinating and overseeing the creation of customer-centric content and collaborating on content structures and page re-designs.

As part of a team focused on digital transformation, you will also support projects, enabler work and campaign delivery for our ecosystem of digital learning and assessment products and services.

About you

The successful applicant will have excellent project management skills and be confident collaborating with cross-functional teams. A digital marketing qualification is desirable, and a good working knowledge of data flows, integration, and UX/UI principles is essential.

You will be experienced in using website content management systems (Drupal would be desirable) and be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritise tasks, monitor progress, and report on results.

For further information on what this role entails, please see the full job description.

Rewards and benefits

We will support you to be at your best in work and to live well outside of it. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a world-class, flexible rewards package, featuring family-friendly and planet-friendly benefits including:

  • Group personal pension scheme
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Life assurance up to 4 x annual salary
  • Private medical and Permanent Health Insurance
  • Green travel schemes
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The expectation is that you will be in the Cambridge office at least 2 days a week. We will consider any work arrangements if you wish to work flexibly or require adjustments due to a disability.

We review applications on an ongoing basis, with a closing date for all applications being Friday 4 August 2023 and interviews are scheduled to take place shortly after the closing date.
