We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team as a contract employee through March 2024. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of lifecycle marketing campaigns and channel management to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You'll be responsible for creating, executing, measuring, and optimising integrated campaigns and promotional strategies that drive demand, increase customer engagement, and generate revenue. You'll work closely with other members of the marketing team including growth, product marketing, content, international, marketing ops & analytics, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, draft and execute email marketing campaigns, including eblasts, newsletters, and automated campaigns that drive demand, promote campaigns, and educate customers.
- Support demand generation strategy for international growth including campaign ideation, copywriting for marketing campaigns include ebooks and webinars, promotion planning, execution, and measurement.
- Collaborate closely with and draft communications for Sales to facilitate lead follow up and conversion
- Support marketing operations function including lead auditing, creating Salesforce reports, CRM management
- Consistently track the results of lifecycle marketing campaigns: opens, clicks, downloads, leads generated, opportunities sourced and influenced, deals closed, cost per lead, etc. to optimise programmes and meet quarterly marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and customer behaviours to optimise marketing programmes and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lifecycle and/or campaign marketing
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns, nurturing campaigns, and segmentation—Hubspot experience preferred.
- Salesforce experience required. Knowledge of building reports/dashboard, and an understanding account/contact/lead fields and campaigns, how they map to other systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust experience across marketing fundamentals, with excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as experience with digital marketing and creating materials.
- Past startup experience a plus.
