We are looking for a talented Snr. Marketing Manager to grow the footprint of a new scale program in EU. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy across EU in order to generate mass awareness and generate inbound leads into the application funnel. The role is broad in scope covering responsibility for marketing mix choices (channels and investment levels), marketing budget ownership and spend optimization, media agency relationship management, and strategic brand building campaigns to maximize lead generation. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in marketing strategy, events management, and a strong background in lead generation and nurture programs. You also have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative spirit.

This role will also lead international expansion across APAC and LATAM.

The ideal candidate will be able to move between strategy and execution on a daily basis. You will be comfortable influencing various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization and possess a high level of autonomy and integrity. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused and have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive applications from the right entrepreneurial candidates across the EU, using your marketing expertise to improve cost per acquisition
  • Identify and set up mechanisms for gathering market and customer data and insights to inform acquisition marketing strategies across the EU
  • Partner with functional stakeholders to develop a differentiated marketing strategy for DSP lead generation where target audiences experience multiple touches throughout the journey
  • Drive program awareness and brand building through innovative and effective marketing programs, including events and tradeshows, webinars, online marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, promotions, etc.
  • Implement plans through project management leadership across a wide range of stakeholders, leveraging existing materials, campaigns and resources or inventing new ways to generate leads
  • Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities
  • Leveraging analytics to drive digital marketing channels to influence business decisions
  • Over time as the function evolves and grows, this position may lead to managing a team of marketeers across Europe
  • This role will be critical to leading key diversity and inclusion initiatives at a European level, and involve sponsoring and coaching project managers as part of this

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
