We are looking for a CRM and email marketing assistant to join our Marketing (Campaigns and CRM) team. The ideal candidate is someone with experience of building marketing communications in a CRM system, and who is adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the implementation of the strategy, delivery and measurement of all central Imperial student recruitment focused digital communications.

Being involved in planning, designing, building, testing and reporting on email campaigns, you’ll use your creative and problem-solving skills and attention to detail, to provide timely information to the next generation of scientists, engineers, doctors and more.

The role will be ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • the set up, testing and scheduling of email campaigns.
  • ensuring attention to detail and that email deadlines are adhered to.

Essential requirements

The role will suit someone who has hands-on experience of using a CRM system, good knowledge of what the university admissions process entails, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, and a desire to get involved in operational and analytical projects.

  • Experience working within an email marketing platform, scheduling emails and creating/updating audience segmentation
  • Experience proofing email campaigns to a high standard
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation, communication skills and strong analytical eye
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise workload and work to set deadlines
