The Responsibilities

• Content videos, photography, live content
• Social Media - Briefing assets, content, and copy requirements, advising on best practices per platform
• Monitoring performance and providing reports of performance; making recommendations for actions as required for improvements
• Liaise with the Website Team to produce content and build mini-product campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to find content and support initiatives, constant changes in the business require someone with initiative.
• Using the BLOG format to create an engaging article that ties in with the overall marketing campaigns that are running
• Work with the Events Manager to promote and demonstrate the exciting events that are taking place at Chessington Garden Centre. Accurately
• Participate in site visits, presentations, and events on & off-site
• Data capture & management in line with legal requirements
• Assist when required with email marketing for events & loyalty club and any other communication with customers on our database
• Process customer orders including delivery details
• Providing support in other areas of the business when needed

The ideal candidate needs

• Photoshop and Video Editing Skills
• The ability to plan and execute via various channels
• The ability to seize the initiative, bring ideas to the table, and then take them away and action them
• Work collaboratively with all aspects of the marketing team
• Experience in professional social media and content writing
• Photography & video production
• Marketing software experience including Hoot-Suit & Mailchimp
• Work with the Adobe Creative Suite preferable (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
• Ability to work to timeframes & deadlines
