Job description

Assist the Centre Director to implement the annual marketing strategy for The Bridges designed to achieve commercial targets for the centre. This includes maximising spend within our shops, driving footfall and dwell time.

Take ownership of specific marketing campaigns, which will be overseen by the Centre Director.

Assist with large scale campaigns, which will include overseeing the design and production of marketing materials and collateral for the centre, as well as the distribution of any promotional materials as needed.

Plan and coordinate campaigns around retail calendar events within the centre such as Mothers Day, Easter, Fathers Day, Christmas etc.

Attend events as event staff where necessary ensuring everything is set up and delivered efficiently.

Ensure all digital marketing channels are kept up to date with engaging and creative content. Take photography and videos, create reels and support them with engaging copy.

Create a social media plans, monitor customer comments/engagement and produce monthly social media reports.

Develop strong relationships with retailers and attend formal and informal tenant meetings.

Develop relationships with city stakeholders and represent the Bridges on groups and within relevant meetings as required. This will incude collaborating with the marketing department at Sunderand BID.

Ensure all internal promotional sites are displaying current, relevant and engaging posters/POS/imagery.

Source competition prizes where necessary and liaise with competition winners.

Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management.

Support the Centre Director when working with agencies to plan, create, deliver and monitor external advertising campaigns.

Work with the PR agency to support proactive opportunities identified in the annual marketing strategy, as well as any reactive opportunities that arise during the course of the year.

Assist the Centre Director and wider management team with new store launches with PR, social media and general marketing support.

Prepare regular campaignt/event debrief reports to document results of marketing activity and its impact on commercial KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
