What you'll do
As the Marketing Assistant, you’ll play an integral part in our busy Marketing Team, working closely with all areas of the business, to provide a broad spectrum of marketing support in a number of areas, including:
- Assisting the Marketing team with the production of external communications that help support the implementation of the wider marketing strategy.
- Creating engaging internal communications to increase staff wellbeing and promote the message of ‘One Team’.
- Delivering a consistent level of content writing across a variety of platforms, in line with the company’s brand and values.
- Managing and continually developing client satisfaction data and feedback initiatives.
- Playing an active role in the organisation and delivery of internal and external events, to time and budget.
- Helping to continually develop, protect and promote the company’s brand.
The Marketing team support both our Burgess Hill and Twickenham offices so this role will require occasional travel between both office locations. It’s therefore essential that you can be flexible and happy to commute to either office base.
What you'll need
Must haves
- High standard of verbal and written English, with attention to detail.
- Experience of using various social media platforms.
- Proactiveness and ability to work independently, executing tasks to a high standard.
- Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Awareness and understanding of digital sales and marketing techniques
Ideal, but not essential
- Experience of copywriting
- Experience in HTML and CSS (full-training provided)
- Skilled in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (full-training provided)
