Job description

For over 15 years, Oxford Global Conferences has produced cutting edge events and congresses for the Life Sciences Industry, annually bringing together thousands of industry leaders and solution providers at a senior level, creating the opportunity to partner, network and knowledge share.

The Marketing Team promote the company brand and portfolio of products, driving sales, delivering promotions, and working with key client partners across various media platforms. In this role, you will have responsibility over supporting our product-based promotional and branding strategies, optimising corporate communications, nurturing client relationships, and delivering marketing-led revenue.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule and report on email campaigns across the product series
  • Execute paid and organic online advertising strategies to increase web and conversion rate
  • Identify, negotiate, and administer third party collaborations to maximise event exposure.
  • Request & design of marketing collateral alongside design team, ensuring all marketing collateral is professionally produced, of the highest quality and adheres to the series and corporate branding
  • Assist with the set up and implementation of company webinars
  • Data entry and database maintenance
  • Support bespoke promotional and client-led activities

We are looking for someone with:

  • Exceptional administration skills and excellent attention to detail
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritise work
  • Ability to multitask and cope with varying demands
  • Driven and professional with an organised and enthusiastic approach to work

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1+ experience within a marketing setting
  • Experience and understanding of content management systems

More about the role:

  • Salary: £22,000-23,000 PA
  • Location: All our roles are hybrid (a mix of remote and in office). Our offices are located on the Botley Road in Oxford, with shops/restaurants within walking distance and easy access into Oxford City Centre.
  • Job Type: Full time (37.5 hours a week)
