We are looking for a talented marketing assistant to join the London Marketing team. You will primarily be responsible for maximizing the Senior Marketing Director and select Marketing LT members’ time. You will also support in driving an inclusive work culture and will have the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing Leadership Team on select strategic presentations. Through your duties as a liaison, you will maintain relationships between the Senior Marketing Director, his/her direct reports, the broader marketing team, and key external relationships.

What will you work on?
As Marketing Assistant your core duties will include:
- Complex calendar and expense management, focused on supporting the Sr Marketing Director and offering lower-level support to a few Marketing LT members with large direct report teams
- Support the Brand Planning manager with Marketing Leadership team needs
- Manage and coordinate internal and external correspondence
- Serve as a spokesperson for the Senior Marketing Directors in their absence. Effectively make decisions, prioritize and establish guidelines for the Leadership Team – be the Gatekeeper
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- Participate in projects - identify, evaluate and make recommendations to improve work processes
- Provide support for meetings and travel for the Senior Marketing Director and/ or the Leadership Team
- Organize, coordinate and supervise the logistics for Global Visits, (Global) Leadership Team Meetings, Country Tours, Café Meetings, Team Offsites, Town Hall Meetings etc.
- Control/track department budgets as well as Purchase Order management
- Control/track (team) travel, org charts and PTO
- Coordination and preparation of presentations/overviews/weekly reports
- Coordinate and supervise high level Space Planning/moves for department
In addition, as part of a dynamic team you will have the opportunity to stretch into specific marketing projects should you wish to develop in this space.
Who will you work with?
You will work very closely with the London Marketing Leadership Team in this role, and of course to a lesser extent with the entire London Marketing Team and broader London office. You will also build a close relationship with the Executive Assistant to the VP, London Key City Lead and the Executive assistants across EMEA whom support Marketing Leaders.
What you bring to Nike?
A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered.
Essential requirements:
- Solid previous experience working in project management, office management, event management or as an executive assistant.
- Some understanding of Marketing and Brand
- Fluency in English
- Excellent MS Office skills especially Outlook, Excel and Keynote
- Willingness to travel as required for key offsites
Advantageous skills:
- A willingness to support the Leadership team on key strategic presentations.
