A bit about the role
This is a broad and fast paced role, covering a number of sales and marketing areas, including assisting the team with:
- Generating reports for the team to ensure we base our sales efforts on the correct data.
- Undertaking desktop research around new clients and sectors.
- Gather and create content for our social media initiatives.
- Arrange project photos and coordinate creation of case studies and upload onto company intranet.
- Support the Events Manager as required eg creating name badges, preparing client gifts
- Attend events alongside Events Manger to set up / manage client registrations
NOTE: Some event duties will be outside of usual office hours
- Sales team support as required
Some of the skills and experience we need you to bring with you
Strong organisation and administration skills.
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and to work to deadlines
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
Creative, keen, helpful and curious, with an eye for detail
Excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to work with people at all levels.
