We are a Sussex based (1 hour from London/ 20 minutes from Brighton) 100% natural lifestyle brand.

WoolOvers Group is an International direct-to-consumer retailer based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
The Group currently operates 3 lifestyles brands aimed at the older market; WoolOvers, PURE Collection and Roama. It operates with catalogues and e-commerce websites and has expanded its range to customers through its partnerships with its “Friends” suppliers.
We are passionate about sustainable and ethically sourced products.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Creative Production Assistant to join our busy Creative in-house team. The role is based in our Burgess Hill Head Office, but you will also spend a significant amount of time on location shoots in the UK and abroad.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting into the Creative Production Manager.

  • To ensure that the process from shoot to post-production is delivered efficiently and to deadlines.
  • To support and assist the Creative Production Manager to ensure that everything gets photographed and coded on set for both brands.
  • Liaising with model agencies, photographers, and all necessary admin to deliver the shoot process from concept to final images.
  • Build and maintain product packs for the season.
  • Ensure that all samples are organised and on the correct shoots.
  • Assist stylist on shoot with packing, unpacking and prep (including garment steaming)

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Adobe software beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good written and interpersonal skills and adaptable to change in an often- demanding environment.
  • Detail-orientated, diligent, and extremely well organised who can prioritise workload and manage deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative, demonstrate self-motivated and works calmly under pressure.
  • Some academic or work experience in creative media/fashion industry beneficial although not essential.
  • A passionate interest in the fashion industry and sustainability.
