Marketing Assistant – Telecoms business based in Southend - Competitive salary (£20,000-25,000)

This would be an ideal role for a graduate looking for your first position in Marketing.

The purpose of this role is to deliver the required marketing collateral and digital marketing updates aligned to business needs and supporting product launches, brand promotion and recognition.

Working with the product manager, the group marketing function and Managing Director you will produce catalogues, email marketing, digital and social media updates and any other required marketing collateral including shows and exhibitions to help promote business in agreed way and help business realise its growth ambitions.

Keys to success will be your ability to communicate and work with the rest of business and integrate into the group marketing team, plus manage multiple projects and demands at once!

What you’ll be doing –

· Working with the group marketing and product manager, support the creation, production and delivery of required physical marketing material eg catalogues / brochures

· Working with the group marketing and product manager, support the creation, production and delivery of required digital marketing material and or website updates

· Working with the group marketing and product manager, create and deploy social media updates to help with promotions and brand awareness

· Support on preparation and co-ordination of events and shows

· Attendance of shows

· Support of market analysis tasks

Accountable metrics –

· Deployment of marketing collateral on time and to budget

· Brand awareness increase via social media content

What you’ll bring –

· Basic marketing experience

· Knowledge of social media and branding

· Experience in creation of physical marketing collateral

· Ability to proof-read and input creatively

· Strong communication and organisations skills
