Howdens are looking for a creative and skilled Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced Marketing Team. This is a great opportunity to support the Marketing Manager in the implementation and delivery of a focused marketing plan and strategy.
This would suit someone with a passion in Marketing working as an Assistant or Executive and looking for the next step in their career.
This is a full-time and permanent position with a blend of home and office work based in our Raunds office in Northamptonshire.
What will I be doing as a Marketing Assistant:
- Supporting the creation of briefs for internal functions and external agencies to effectively deliver compelling and resonating campaign creatives.
- Supporting the campaign development process, delivering outputs that are on-brand and command the customer attention across above-the-line channels including broadcast.
- Managing the day-to-day activities within the marketing plan to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Supporting the measurement of campaign performance.
- Building and maintaining highly functional relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting newly opened depots with a program of bespoke local advertising support that resonates in their locality.
- Working with the Marketing Manager in the delivery of sponsorships and partnerships.
- Supporting the delivery of a cross-functional PR plan
- Working with the Marketing Manager on delivering key strategic brand initiatives
What we need from you:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced Marketing team.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates resilience and a positive attitude to get things done.
