Marketing Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing marketing team and work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing. You’ll be delivering creative campaigns across all online and offline channels to support the business' strategic goals. This will be alongside supporting the marketing team to deliver brand initiatives connected to key cultural dates, product and menu launches, new restaurant openings and any area of the business that requires campaign support.

About the duties and responsibilities
- Together with the Head of Brand Marketing, own the maintenance of brand calendars and timelines, liaising with the rest of the team to them help achieve timelines.
- Liaising with an internal/external network of PR, copywriters, designers, photographers and content creators to deliver world-class content.
- Working closely with the internal product development and design teams to create a content strategy that keeps Hawksmoor relevant year-round.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with website maintenance and paid campaign asset creation.
- Assist the Social Media & Content Manager with the creation and management of content, scheduling posts and community management for social media channels.
- Supporting the Business Development Managers to establish and maintain brand and commercial partnerships at a local and national level.
- Work with the team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
About you
- Comfortable multi-tasking across different projects, effectively managing workload to meet deadlines.
- A natural aptitude for working autonomously, with confidence to use your own initiative and be proactive in making recommendations.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, with strong attention to detail and an understanding of what great looks like
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Indesign and Canva beneficial but not essential
- A passion for food, drink and hospitality
- Confident, enthusiastic, proactive, dedicated and motivated
