DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant and engaging Marketing team. This is a fast paced and multi-facetted role, which will suit an engaging and proactive team player, you will be responsible for applying a wide breadth of marketing knowledge to deliver tactical campaigns and meet objectives.
As the Marketing Assistant you will:
- Marketing administration including supporting management of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) requests and claims.
- Support execution of corporate communications for the Exclusive Networks UK&I, delivering campaigns and activity through a range of tactics and techniques
- Support the delivery of Vendor campaigns across both UK and Ireland.
- Support social media content management
- Using a data driven approach, reporting on campaign successes
- Offer creative input and suggestions
- Proofread and editing copy
- Liaise with agencies and suppliers
- Support the team with company marketing activities, including corporate events.
- Develop a broad understanding of the markets in which partners/vendors operate and a close understanding of partners/vendor’s business
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Attend internal and external training sessions
- Ensure marketing compliance is followed and all campaigns are recorded appropriately
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Marketing Assistant:
- Experience of executing tactical marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or other design software
- Good organisation skills and the ability to run multiple projects at one time
- Have a confident and engaging personality and enjoy building relationships with internal teams and partners
Desirable:
- Knowledge of automated marketing software such as Marketo or Eloqua
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or other design software
- Experience in IT related industry, Distribution, Reseller, Vendor, Channel Experience
