Reporting into our Events Marketing Manager, this is a brand new role within the business, and a perfect opportunity for a self-motivated, organised, and adaptable individual to work in a fast-paced office environment. We are seeking a tenacious and confident self-starter who can flourish in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Creating event marketing briefs and uploading to our workflow platform, Monday.com.
- Setting up, populating and updating tasks on our workflow platform to ensure all projects are up to date.
- Managing print marketing timescales with our inhouse Design Studio and external suppliers.
- Arranging installation and removal dates for Gallery points of sale, i.e any printed marketing materials such as posters and banners.
- Liaising with Merchandising and Artist Programme Managers to request artist imagery for Marketing purposes.
- Managing print marketing timescales with other departments such as our inhouse Studio.
- Liaising with our Digital team to request marketing QR codes for creation, test and linking.
- Scheduling all events and associated tasks in Outlook diary with the support of the Events Marketing Manager.
- Final E-shot test and sign off before going out to client database from a content and final user functionality point of view.
- Proofing all marketing assets and literature for all brands and locations.
- Planning delivery dates and sending marketing delivery requests to our Operations Centre for all relevant marketing items.
- Writing event marketing plans and communicating these as well as various other event information to gallery teams via email.
- Supporting new Gallery openings, specifically with all print-based marketing.
- Organisation of mail-drops when required with external partners.
- Management of all postal mailings with our external distribution house, working on our CRM to select the relevant data alongside our Marketing Intern to cleanse data.
- Purchase order management for those orders raised externally.
- Supporting the Events Marketing Manager with research and booking of events entertainment, catering and any additional event requests.
- Any other associated administration duties as required.
Your Skills:
- You will have strong administration and organisational skills and have the ability to work on a number of projects at once with a high attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to pick up bespoke, internal systems.
- You will need to be collaborative, resilient, confident and hands on as well as passionate about helping the brand achieve its goals.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment within a goal orientated team.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Experience within a PA, fast paced Administration or Marketing role would be advantageous.
