Key Purpose of the Role

Bremont Watch Company is a fast-growing British luxury brand that is looking to strengthen its brand marketing team by adding a Marketing Assistant. This is a unique opportunity for someone starting out to learn a lot about a multi-faceted business within a dynamic brand marketing team.
The business has big plans for the future and a strong identity; we are looking for a team player who is willing to support the brand marketing team as a whole but work particularly closely on the brand’s marketing and press activity.

Buying into Bremont is about believing in the reinvigoration of British watch making, the investment that Bremont has made, and continues to make, to achieve this goal and equally about wanting to share in the brand’s/founders’ passions.

Bremont requires a fast-paced and creative brand marketing team to lead the business to success and this role is critical to that success.

Ensuring the brand is delivering ‘best in class’ across the board is crucial in this next chapter in the

Key Responsibilities

  • Support to shape and deliver overall brand marketing strategy.
  • Compile monthly reports as well as post campaign and/or event reporting and analysis.
  • Sample management and coordination.
  • Media and Influencer monitoring.
  • Assist with co-ordination of marketing calendar.
  • Co-ordinate product loans for media and influencer requests.
  • Support with Bremont product placement in the media and facilitate bigger feature placement stories with supplying the relevant assets.
  • Support the Marketing & Communications Manager with press events/launches.
  • Manage the generic brand marketing inbox and field queries as appropriate.
  • Manage stock of promotional merchandise for retail and general marketing use.
  • Server/asset management.
  • Support with improving and managing the Bremont portal.
  • Manage the brand’s database of press and influencer contacts.
  • Competitor analysis – research and collate examples of competitor activity.
  • Support global offices and agencies with requests and assets.
  • Print advertising support – raising PO’s and work with the creative team to ensure artwork deadlines are met.
  • Assist Marketing and Communications manager with external media appointments and tours of The Wing.
  • Regularly sending influencers watches to photograph/review and creating weekly reports on this to share with the marketing team.
  • Ad-hoc support to the wider marketing team

Person Specification

  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Good organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft

Working Environment

  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Monday – Friday 9-17:30 with availability out of hours and weekends for events and key times of the year
  • Onsite working in Henley on Thames 4 days a week with 1 day at our Mayfair Boutique,

London.

  • Working autonomously, in a team of 2
  • Probation process 4 months standard
  • Notice period – 1 month

Interview with hiring manager and HR via Teams.

Stage 3
Interview with hiring manager and senior manager onsite.
With presentation brief to fulfil.
