BraForme is the leading multi-brand seller of women's lingerie in the UK. With over 20 leading European and UK brands, 20 styles of lingerie and one of the most size-inclusive ranges on the market, women really can come away saying "that's a Bra For Me".
BraForMe operates a multi-channel approach where we operate through popular online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.), along with our own website. The website has seen signifanct growth in the last 12 months and as such, we are looking for an ambitious marketing assistant with a passion for everything creative.
The marketing assitant will have the opportunity to work across visuals and design for the website look and feel, email marketing campaigns, social media posts and work closely with brand management, along with other ad-hoc responsibilties that have appropriate synergy to the role.
The ideal candidate has experience in some or all of the following:
- Experience working with visual softare such as Canva, photoshop or others, to create visually appealing artwork. Having the self-autonomy to source imagery/video content from 3rd party sources and build a strong pipeline of ceatives.
- Proactively planning out content, analysing how your content has performed and making appropriate adjustments to content type to better optimise for impressions, clicks and social metrics.
- Experience managing or working on social media campaigns across any of the following: Meta, TikTok, Snap,
- Experience managing influencer outreach, building out a social presence through communicating with notable figures and organising give-away events, competitions and influencer collabs.
- Experience working on or managing email campaigns, building email templates and creating automations for customer journeys.
- Experience creating bespoke content, with the initiative to photograph/video content should you require it to differentiate yourself from other marketers selling the same products.
Other preferred skills:
- Management of an online stores appearance (Shopify, Magento, Etsy, etc.), where the individual can demonstrate a proactive approach to managing the look and feel of the front end.
- Basic understanding of front end coding (HTML, CSS, javascript) would be a great benefit but not essential.
- Basic understanding of copywriting and SEO principles would be great but not essential.
- Experience or education in fashion, lingerie design, contour fashion, etc. is preferred.
- Experience using excel to an intermediary level (basic filters, conditional formatting, etc.)
