About the Role
As Marketing Assistant, you will develop your skills supporting marketing activities for touring productions visiting our amazing theatre. This will include working on the fulfilment of all aspects of show promotions from the setting up of on-sale email campaigns and web pages to post show reporting. You will collaborate with colleagues to create, commission and distribute printed and digital promotional materials as well as maximise Front of House promotional opportunities through the upkeep of digital screens, leaflet and poster displays. You will liaise with agencies on design, mailings, web and press advertising too. You will also measure effectiveness of activities against KPI’s through reporting and analytics and use insight gained to improve future marketing campaigns.
You will have some experience in a marketing role, which will have given you some experience of building promotional emails, using an email service provider and
updating websites using a CMS. You will have a good standard of English and be comfortable editing and writing content. A team player you will also possess strong interpersonal, administration and organisational skills. Results driven, you will also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines too.
Experience of using Adobe Photoshop packages and tools as well as paid for social advertising would be an advantage.
