The Wellness Advisory Advisor will support the smooth running of the Wellness functions within the HR Services function of Central Business Services.

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Allocate cases/workload to team members
• Work closely with both Business Facing HR (HRBPs) and CoEs for their relevant Service Lines
• Support the smooth running of the Wellness Advisory function within the HR Services function of Central Business Services
• Support and provide guidance to the Advisors & Senior Assistants on more complex cases and lead service delivery for Wellness Advisory case management
• In addition, responsible for managing a caseload as allocated within the team which may include:
  • Pay adjustments
  • PHI processing
  • Return to work
  • OH / specialist referrals
• Liaison with Clinical Advisors to support clinical case management where necessary
• Manage escalations as allocated both from Central Business Services and wider HR teams, ensuring appropriate follow up and management of stakeholders and vendors
• Ensure effective utilisation of case management tools, keeping all records up to date and accurate and tracking activities through to timely closure
• Ensure all SAP related actions or updates are completed accurately in time for payroll deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines

Essentials

• Experience of managing a team
• Previous HR experience of managing complex sickness absence cases
• Previous case management experience
• Track record of working in high volume, ambiguous and pressurised situations
• Able to adapt recommendations or advise as appropriate
• Customer focus, with a good understanding of the client’s needs and priorities

Desirable

• Knowledge of SAP or other HR systems is preferable
• Responsibility for monitoring and enhancing the quality of internal client work and promoting standards in teams desirable
• ServiceNow software experience
