This is an exciting time at ANGLE and our Marketing team in Guildford are looking for a focused and passionate individual, keen to start their career in a fast-paced environment.
In consultation with the Marketing team, multiple internal departments and external organisations, this position will work to organise and manage all aspects of virtual and in-person conferences, events and exhibitions within the UK and globally. This position also plays a big role in providing administrative support to all marketing programmes. The job holder will need to have strong organisational skills and be confident at communicating at all levels from senior stakeholders to external clients.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage the annual calendar for all relevant global conferences.
- Communicate attendee demographics, program focus, sponsorship and marketing opportunities with the corresponding internal team.
- Manage and organise conference registrations and other exhibit related purchases.
- Prepare expense reports for the corresponding conference exhibition purchases.
- Plan and coordinate logistics and conference materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all conference participants when applicable.
- Coordinate post-meeting evaluations to determine how future events might be improved.
- Provide support with lead generation activities such as publication search or analysing Lead reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team.
- Supports and delivers ad hoc marketing projects and tasks.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Attributes:
- Professional Marketing qualification, e.g. CIM. Or equivalent.
- Previous experience of a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in providing conclusions and insights using significant analytical capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary independence, but also the ability to be a strong member of an integrated team.
- The ability to be flexible, multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to producing high quality results in support of project goals.
- Collaborative workstyle, with a positive attitude and strong ability to build relationships across diverse functional groups and establish credibility with internal customers and/or external partners.
- Continuous learner with a keen appetite for cross-disciplinary work.
- Important Note!This is a full time, permanent position in Guildford Office with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week at the discretion of the Manager.
