Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Marketing Assistant!

Your main duties will be supporting the Marketing team by creating and executing a variety of initiatives for our targeted event campaigns across email, social media, websites and content marketing.
The role:
- Create and report on email marketing campaigns for our events including copy, building, scheduling, testing, and data segmentation
- Coordinate, create and schedule social media posts for our events portfolio
- Manage online content, creating and keeping website pages and information up to date
- Coordinate promotion of our events via external press websites
- Create and edit video content
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Create design briefs, proof collateral and coordinate sign off with event project teams
- Actively liaise with event project teams to ensure accurate content and target audience for marketing campaigns is delivered
- Support the creation of onsite collateral across our events portfolio, including welcome slides, banners etc
- Provide marketing support for the team as required
About you:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised and meticulous with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise delivering to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Good copy-writing, proof reading and analytical skills
- Flexible and motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work on your own initiative
- Knowledge of CRM and CMS tools desirable
- Good understanding of marketing principles and latest trends
- Email marketing experience desirable
- A relevant professional qualification desirable, but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
