Job description
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing Team at BSS!
This role will support a range of internal and external communications activities and work with our BSS Branch network. You will also work with external agencies to produce marketing collateral to support key strategic initiatives and update digital content on websites, social media and internal google sites.

Location: this is a hybrid based role with 1-2 days in Coventry.
What you’ll be doing!
As the Marketing Assistant you will:-
- Provide support to the Communications & Events Manager with events and quarterly promotional campaigns.
- Support with any local Marketing support for Branches
- To provide support to the Direct Marketing Assistant on company website maintenance & SEO and social media activity
- Work with the Commercial teams with new product launches.
- Any other projects and ad hoc duties as required by manager
Is this you?
Do you have experience within a Marketing role?- Understanding of Google analytics & social media marketing?
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Likes working as part of a busy team but also individually?
- Good team player
- Enthusiastic & Innovative
Alongside your role you will be enrolled in a Marketing Apprenticeship Level 3 which will take 12-15 months. This will help you grow within the Marketing team . The Level 3 Apprenticeship covers a range of marketing tools and social platforms, empowering apprentices with the creative freedom to produce high quality content that maximises audience engagement on modern marketing channels such as Tik Tok & Instagram.
