We have a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team and manage and develop well established accounts.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and will preferably have experience using a CRM system.
Previous experience in a B2B sales role is essential (however full product knowledge training will be given). The successful candidates will be required to:
- Manage existing accounts
- Follow up and convert estimates to jobs.
- Proactively manage warm inbound leads.
- Develop relationships to maximise revenue potential.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Have a strong mentality to exceed all KPIs and objectives.
- Have an impeccable telephone manner.
- Manage customers expectations, whilst understanding their needs and requirements to give a consultative solution.
Salary - £30,000 (£25,000 basic plus £5,000 OTE)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
