Salary
This salary is subject to performance related bonuses as follows:
Apprenticeship enrolment salary £24,000 pa pro-rata
Upon successful completion successful candidates will be offered permanent, full-time positions:
- Probation Review £26,000 pa pro-rata
- Year 1 £30,000 pa pro-rata
- Year 2 £35,000 pa pro-rata
What you will learn as a Marketing Apprentice
- Understanding of marketing concepts and theories
- Knowledge of stakeholder and relationship management
- Ability to manage and evaluate a marketing campaign
- Practical skills in market research and analysis
- Developing creative ideas and content for marketing campaigns
- Understanding of branding and product positioning strategies
- Effective communication skills in various forms of media
- Project management skills to successfully plan, execute and evaluate marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of data analytics and its importance in marketing decision making.

Qualifications preferred:
- At least 8 GCSEs with a grade of 4 or above, including Maths, English, and Science
