MARKETING APPRENTICE
Responsible to: Office Manager
Location: Winchester
Hours: Both full and part time hours considered
Salary: £14 - £20k Depending on experience

Due to a period of sustained and consistent growth, ProAction HR are recruiting for an enthusiastic and eager to learn individual who would like to get their marketing career off the ground with an all-round experience of marketing.
Through an apprenticeship scheme you will join a highly experienced, passionate and friendly team of trainers and HR consultants in Winchester and will learn the basics in key areas such as corporate identity, branding, content creation, basic graphic design, sponsorship, advertising, and event planning.

The marketing apprentice will assist the team in all marketing duties, with a specific focus on supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties relating to marketing projects. This is a new role and although there are tasks that will need to be completed and aligned with study areas, there is a real opportunity to develop in areas of marketing that are of specific interest.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Keep marketing materials such as brochures and presentations up to date.- Help with the planning, organisation and communication of internal and external events.
- Ensure the brand is promoted consistently across all channels and aligned with the company’s vision and values.
- Produce content for digital and offline materials that are aligned with the business strategy and marketing plan.
- Support the team by using the website content management system to add and update website content including changing images, uploading blog posts, adding or updating staff bios as and when needed.
- Creating and uploading marketing adverts and promoting through online and social media platforms.
- Maintaining marketing filing system on SharePoint for the team.
- Define and curate management information on the success of campaigns.
- Produce/update and circulate internal communications, monthly newsletter, marketing KPI reports and website stats.
- Administration support.
- Actively promote and support all ProAction HR services.
- Support consultancy projects when required.
Apprentice Requirements
A passion for marketing!- Previous experience in a junior marketing role or a keen interest to kick start a career in marketing.
- Willingness to undertake a CIM qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be well presented with the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Proactive, focused, and motivated.
- Flexible and creative.
- Team oriented.
- Computer literate.
