An exciting opportunity to start your marketing career. The apprentice will be involved in creating exciting content for all the companies social media channels, blog writing and creating content and imagery for print.

Monday to Friday 9 - 5.00

To The Moon Marketing are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join their growing team. We are looking for a candidate who stands out from the crowd. Someone with a strong interest in social media but also keen to collaborate with our Video Production team, web developer team, graphic design team and campaigning team.
Our team are close knit, we not only work together but often socialise together and we are looking for another member to compliment the group.
Some of the day to day activities will be, but not restricted too;
- Working as part of the social media marketing team, creating strategies, designing posts, content and adverts for clients
- Designing print content, written content for clients
- Content writing for websites
- Working on company internal marketing strategy
- Develop video production and editing skills
- Create content for all marketing activities
Requirements and prospects
Qualifications Required:
Grade C/4 or above in both English and Maths, plus a related qualification like business or creative media.
There are not set skills, attitude and enthusiasm are key to success. But you should be able to demonstrate a natural interest in marketing, content writing and social media knowledge.
- Experience in creating exciting Reels is a bonus but not a must
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite another bonus but not essential
- Interest in marketing, media, movies, music, trends and business
- Hardworking
- Excellent communication skills
- Good timekeeping

Marketing Principles
Develop an understanding of the range of digital marketing principles, strategies and techniques.

- Customer engagement and market segmentation
- Customer lifecycle
- Digital and Social Media Strategies
- Exploiting real-time information
- Digital marketing campaigns
Digital Marketing Business Principles
Develop an understanding of search marketing, search engine optimisation and Pay-Per-Click, email marketing, web analytics and metrics, mobile apps and how these can work together.
Key Topics:
- Security levels necessary to protect data
- Digital etiquette
- Customer Relationship Management systems
- Understand the differences between all the major digital and social media platforms
- Plan digital content based on audience needs
- How a digital marketing team works in a business environment
Principles of Coding
Develop knowledge in the range of concepts, approaches, software languages and techniques that are applicable to Principles of Coding.
Key Topics:
- Compatibility of code on different platforms
- Components involved in web development
- Hosting and serving
- Search Engines
- How local (cookies) or session data storage is utilised
- Programming languages and how they apply to building digital products (html/javascript)
Google Analytics IQ
Develop knowledge to be proficient in Google Analytics and be effective at leveraging Google Analytics within their organisations.
Key Topics:
- Layout, reporting, campaign and conversion tracking
- Data collection, setup and configuration
- Analysis tools and techniques
- Advanced marketing tool
Future Prospects:
Potential Full-time position available upon successful completion of apprenticeship.
Our most recent apprentice has moved on to a full time position within the company and now in a senior leading role.
