We are a Physiotherapy Practice located in the prestigious medical district of London - Harley Street. We operate outside the traditional healthcare system, which means we serve our clients with a passion and client experience at very high levels, and we are looking for your help and creativity to expand and to serve more people faster.

Who We are looking for:

We are looking for someone to help us grow the revenue of the company by taking content from a specialized healthcare provider and rare specialty and transferring it across multiple marketing platforms in a way the public can understand and be motivated to take action on. These marketing platforms include, but are not limited to Facebook, YouTube, newspapers, and podcasts. You will also be an essential part of this growing business and play an integrative role in its forward direction locally and nationally to take a sledgehammer to the healthcare system. Your marketing content will also empower people to take action about their health, set up our nurturing salesperson to convert those people to say “yes” to moving forward in the sales process so they can transform their lives. From there, you will be able to see those transformations our Physiotherapists are able to achieve with our clients. Then taking those stories to the public that inspire, so you will have plenty of success stories at your disposal to generate great marketing content. You will also be responsible for tracking direct marketing strategies, optimizing the CRM (Customer Relations Management System), developing systems within the business for related roles, and develop and send out information-based direct marketing in order to generate a passionate following for the business within the community. Our plan is also to create a podcast that will provide great information for people and to drive more revenue into the business and connect all these platforms congruently with strategic calls to action.

The Specific Outcomes

· Be able to establish a cash-based ROI based on the marketing generated and show a trend to increasing revenue based on the marketing developed.

· Track the revenue generated and ROI from each marketing platform and the various ad campaigns.

· Be able to connect the marketing plan to drive the growth of the business each month, quarter, and year, and be able to adjust the marketing based on the focus on the business.

TASKS

· Convert content generated by healthcare specialists into consumable and useful information, tips, stories, and narratives for the general public in order to empower them to take action about their health.

· Convert content into audio, video, and text and reproduce across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, podcast, website, blogs, newspaper ads, etc.

· Strategise and develop a long and short-term marketing plan to expand an up-start business to larger markets.

· Keep track of ROI of marketing platforms, campaigns, and individual ads and modify based on the lead and cash-driven response. (Our marketing is direct marketing designed to produce an ROI and drive cash into the business for growth. We are not interested in doing things because they feel right, seem good, or are politically correct. If you want to produce marketing that feels good, go apply at a large company that can spend money without tracking results).

· Be able to work with a small team of people of different skills and backgrounds in order to strive for a common objective, which is to empower more people to move better, live more independently, and in better health.

· Provide energy and positive ideas to a small team of people who are operating on the ground-floor of a start-up company.

· Record and film content for websites, Facebook, YouTube, and professional photos. We need someone who can make us look good.

· Attend presentations with us in the community to record and film presentations and transfer that content into marketing.

· Be able to alternate between performing more mundane tasks such as sending out newspaper ads, filming, taking photos, posting visual content, posting blogs, etc. and then think from a higher strategic level weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and 3-5 years into the future

· Collaborate with us in establishing attention-grabbing marketing material in the form of Shock n’ Awe packages, small gift packages, birthday cards, thank you cards, etc. (This requires a little bit of a creative and thoughtful-of-others component but not necessarily artistic).

· Willing to work with us in developing marketing material based on Direct Marketing Principles and willing to let go of “Common Sense,” “Commonly Established,” or “Politically Correct” principles. This is a small practice, not a large hospital. The results of every marketing MUST be tracked, analyzed, and kept, changed, or eliminated based on the RESULTS.

· Track the outcomes and results of marketing campaigns including direct mail, newspapers, nurturing packages, and social media marketing campaigns. Report these results on a monthly and quarterly basis. Accurately record the results of marketing campaigns.

· Track your own results of your own performance accurately and objectively and report results on a weekly basis. Prepare each week for analysis, self-critique, and solutions if the outcomes are not met. If the outcomes are met, analyze why in order to continue to personally grow in the role and multiply those successes over and over again.

· Be available for 3 hours of training with the whole team each week.

· Execute on Infusionsoft (Customer Relations Management System Tool) tasks such as sending clients into email reminder campaigns. Send out email blasts to current clients, referral sources, leads, etc. Work with Infusionsoft tech support to correct problems with Infusionsoft campaigns when needed.

· Work with us to develop specific and long-lasting systems in the business for the marketing role.

· Excel and have experience generating content and necessary audio and visual for Facebook, YouTube, podcasts, websites, newspapers, etc. and reproducing the same content across multiple platforms congruent to those platforms.

· Excel and having experience developing an interconnected marketing plan that addresses revenue for the month, quarter, year, and the next 3-5 years.

· Communicate effectively with a small group of people with different backgrounds, roles, and skills.
