About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Media and Digital Marketing Manager to join our AWESOME Marketing team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children aged 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
About the role
The Media and Digital Marketing Manager will report into and work closely with our Marketing Director. You will drive consumer demand for the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort through highly effective, well targeted media strategies and plans to help achieve business revenue and visitor volume targets. Be the Marketing team’s media strategy and planning lead, with specific expertise in performance digital, ensuring all paid marketing spend ROI is maximised to deliver a highly effective brand communication plan throughout the funnel from top line awareness and consideration to sales conversion.
You will be the effectiveness lead for all paid and owned channels – paid media (TV, TV sponsorship, VOD, performance digital – display, PPC/search, social and affiliates) as well as driving greater effectiveness of owned channels like CRM, ensuring first party data is used to full effect where appropriate. You will work with the wider Marketing team to ensure creative assets required are developed on time and on budget and scheduled appropriately with the media agency to achieve agreed timings.
An essential part of this role is building close collaborative relationships with our retained media and creative agencies as well as Merlin Central teams - UK E-commerce, CRM Manager, UK Performance Digital Manager and UK Affiliates Manager - to deliver best in class highly effective integrated media campaigns for LEGOLAND Windsor Resort – across all areas of the business - Theme park tickets, short breaks and second gates (Adventure Golf).
You will be our marketing data insight expert - applying learnings and insights from research, especially econometrics to make the plans as effective and efficient as possible. You will seek out inspiration externally to bring fresh thinking and innovation to media plans, with a programme of test & learn initiatives.
About You

Significant proven experience of developing effective Brand to Consumer media strategies with specific expertise, knowledge and understanding of performance digital channels – with either Media Agency or Client side experience, ideally within the entertainment/leisure industry

You’ll be analytical with a head for numbers and a passion for creating content that aligns with both our LEGO brand guidelines, but also stays true to our target audience who you’ll have a thorough understanding and appreciation of
