An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Projects Coordinator. In this role, you will provide invaluable high-level administrative support, management of diaries, and ensure the smooth flow of operations.
With a keen eye for detail, you will create and maintain documents, manage databases and contacts, and act as the department's Health and Safety Officer. You will play a vital role in project coordination, facilitating effective document management, budget monitoring, and contribute to marketing, recruitment, and event activities. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, driving the successful execution of initiatives and events while working collaboratively across various areas within the department.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a skilled individual to:
- Assist departmental project coordination and the delivery of a consistent approach to annual and periodic planning of initiatives.
- Support the Group Director of Marketing, Recruitment & Communications by managing diaries and appointments, and providing project based support.
- Coordinate meetings, committees, and events, handling venue bookings for the department, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes as required.
- Manage databases and contacts, oversee promotional materials, assist internal finance workflows, and support the onboarding of new colleagues.

Engage in a diverse range of high-level administrative support and project coordination activities within the Marketing, Recruitment & Communications department, contributing to the smooth functioning of the team and the successful delivery of initiatives and events.
Details about the role:
The role is full-time (35 hours per week) and permanent with 3 days a week on campus and 2 days working from home.
