Job description
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Marketing and Media Officer to join the Delta Wellbeing team.
Delta Wellbeing is a Local Authority Trading Company, owned by Carmarthenshire County Council, which uses innovative technology to provide a range of solutions in the health and social care sector supporting older and vulnerable people to live more independently.
This role will support the development of sales and marketing within the company, including the promotion of our award-winning CONNECT project.
The post is based at East Gate, Llanelli, but with flexible working arrangements available.
You will be responsible for generating new business from private individuals, reaching sales targets, regularly updating the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook), creating content for web and various promotional materials including press releases, adverts and leaflets; and attending various events to promote the services we provide.
You will have excellent writing skills and experience of working within a marketing, media or communications-related role.
