Person Specification
- Ideally with experience gained in a marketing role or a first-class administrative role who wishes to broaden/develop.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and juggle different tasks.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and relevant IT packages.
- Experience gained in the legal or professional services sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting/supporting the organisation of events, seminars and conferences – including detailed pre and post-event organisation.
- Co-ordinating seminars and presentations both internally and externally.
- Ensure events costs stick to budget.
- Regular updating and maintenance of chambers’ website - events pages.
- Attending Chambers’ events (as required).
- Remote/Hybrid working offered.
