ODGroup is a leading office interiors company based in the City of London, with a dual focus on both traditional construction and design and build. We have firmly established our brand due to excellent service and a commitment to ongoing innovation, and despite the pandemic are on track for another successful year.
We are currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Marketing and Content Executive to join us taking ownership of our marketing activity and driving creative, targeted, engaging and on-brand campaigns and content. The role will sit within the Group team, with support given on strategy, social media, website analytics and graphic design.
The Marketing and Content Executive is responsible for the creation of robust and innovative marketing campaigns and compelling content, leading to qualified leads. They are also responsible for supporting the sales effort of the business development team, with quality content and material that is designed to nudge prospects along the sales process.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Defining the annual marketing plan with the Head of People and Workplace and implementing it, including the managing the budget and tracking of expenditure
- Raising the profile of OD Group, OD Interiors and OD Create
- Being a ‘Business Partner’ by working with the Sales Director and Projects Directors to assess the wants and needs of existing and potential clients
- Implementing agreed campaigns, measuring the impact and adapting future campaigns based on learnings
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Group team
- Developing an effective lead generation strategy in collaboration with the Head of Data, and using our website, social media platforms, email marketing, and a mix of organic and paid approach
- Maintaining and updating the company’s website
- Coordinating the production of all marketing collateral, including printed documents, advertising, media, website content, and social media accounts
- Copywriting and proofreading of website, printed and digital content
- Working with the business development and group teams to organise networking and promotional events
- Undertaking regular competitor analysis to help improve and differentiate our own marketing / online presence
- Entering ODGroup for relevant and achievable industry awards that will raise our profile
- Working with the Head of People and Workplace to drive internal communications on our intranet platform
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in a similar role within B2B, fit-out or construction industry preferred but not essential
- A team player who takes accountability and seeks continuous improvement
- Proven copy-writing skills across both printed and digital media
- Proficient use of Adobe InDesign
- Experience using Wordpress, Google Analytics, MailChimp (or similar), Linktree and Google Data Studio
- Attention to detail; a process-driven approach with good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- A confident, knowledgeable, and articulate personality, able to work effectively with others
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
