Job description
Marketing and Communications Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Establishing effective systems to structure, coordinate, track and report on projects and business
- Coordinating and scheduling content for the business’ social media , liaison with other account managers in the process
- Building relationships with core external social media managers
- Working with the Marketing Operations Manager on furthering the newsletter project
- Using SalesForce to review existing mechanisms for tracking and reporting, exploring options to establishing a content diary
- Monitoring the enquiry inbox, ensuring all enquiries and complaints ae dealt with in line with business policies
- Tracking and planning budgets
- Experience in project management
- Experience in managing social media content
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
