Job description
Write, design and issue monthly newsletters for Money A&E partners, donors and beneficiaries, as well as write dedicated emails for specific activities and events to segmented audiences.
Support the delivery of a strategic social media presence and manage the Money A&E social media channels and communication tools.
Assist in the evaluation of Money A&E’s communications activities, recording and reporting on key analytics to internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate impact. Producing monthly channel reports that track our performance.
Use insights from the website, newsletter, and social analytics to optimise our digital communications and build audience engagement, identifying opportunities for improvements across our social media, email marketing and website.
Write accurate, engaging, and targeted copy for a range of audiences across a range of channels.
Curate compelling organic social media content, including creating social media banners and videos using Canva
Support the design and production of marketing and communications materials (e.g. leaflets and reports) ensuring consistent house style, branding and layout.
Uploading content to the Money A+E website and blog, and ensuring that these are functioning smoothly. Collaborate with the team to maintain the Money A&E website including planning, creating, reviewing and regularly updating website with timely and interesting content that aligns with the Money A&E’s brand.
Be a proactive and hands-on member of a small communications team, contributing to other communications projects and liaising closely with colleagues across the team to ensure our activities are communicated in an accurate and engaging manner.
Embed the principles of the Money A&E ‘Lived Experience Leadership’ in our communications and in interactions with the staff, members, stakeholders etc.
Undertake any other reasonable duties which may arise occasionally, and which are commensurate with the general level of the post and as requested by the Marketing & Communications Lead
Represent the Money A&E at external events to promote our services, which may involve occasional evening and weekend working.
Ad hoc duties may involve management of volunteers and agency/freelance providers, maintaining robust data storage for the Marketing Team, occasionally responding to service user and customer enquiries etc.

Salary: £20,390.53-£29,000.00 per year
