Responsibilities
- Ownership of developing, driving alignment and delivering the comms strategy to drive transformation through One digital Human centricity platform (Ask Ada) to provide a better employee experience.
- Maintain the Ada identity across the business. This requires a clear positioning and pathway to communicate consistently with impact.
- Understand how Ask Ada fits as part of the overall Pepsico digitalization strategy.
- Change management strategy for new teams.
- Partner effectively across individuals, teams, and organizational boundaries to deliver business results.
- Manage the internal insights champion network.
- Work closely with other comms departments to ensure alignment.
- Identify partnership needs and cultivates and activate network.
- Coach and mentor the communications and marketing analyst and make sure the deliverable of the designer meets the expectations.
- Work in partnership with the business analyst to activate comms needed to drive impact.
- Shape brief of what needs to be done by the developer to update the platform and approve it.
- Contribute to the collective knowledge of this small team by sharing value-added information. Makes recommendations to the Ask Ada lead about improvements or ideas to impact our audiences better and improve adoption.
Qualifications
- MBA preferred & BA in Marketing areas
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a marketing or strategic function in FMCGs or marketing agencies. Experience working on tech project preferred.
- Digital marketing experience preferred
- Deep expertise in communication, storytelling, transformation and adoption strategies
- Project management background with experience influencing cross functional teams and meeting tight deadlines and/or stretching goals
- Proven stakeholder management experience, capacity to influence and flex style according to the different target audiences
- Great Communicator withability to simplify and communicate with impact. Also flex the level of detail and tone according to the audience.
- Autonomous with ability to manage complex projects and elevate when is needed.
- Globally savvy to work across time-zones and cultures
- Resilient with high tolerance for ambiguity and dynamic/changeable environment
- Flexible to travel internationally.
