We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Administration Coordinator to join a stable and thriving business. We are an established online retailer, delivering kosher groceries across London and the United Kingdom.
This is a permanent full-time position and as we are an expanding business, there is high potential for growth for the right candidate.
Marketing
You will have had hands on experience working across the marketing mix, helping to plan and schedule the business’ marketing content plan, with a passion for digital marketing.
Responsibilities
· Design and copywrite all e-commerce emails for email lists and segments, working to improve metrics and conversions
· Create and design branded advertising campaigns and content based on business guidelines
· Create content for social media and websites
· Liaise with social media influencers, media agencies and PR
· Provide data insights and analysis to improve efficiencies and drive ROI
· Help manage and develop strategies for consumer journey from all traffic driving channels to and on website
Administrative
You will be on the front line and the face of the company, dealing with inbound calls from customers and suppliers.
You need to be a strong communicator and problem solver with the ability to handle customers in a professional and pleasant manner.
You must also be willing to help with general office administration. This includes inputting stock, updating prices, writing product descriptions on the website and liaising with accounts.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in MS-Office & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience working with an ESP such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Experience with copywriting and different styles of writing.
- Experience using Google Analytics
- The ability to prioritise and to manage pressure
- Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills.

Salary: £27,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
