This Marketing Analyst role will have a primary focus on lead generation.
The successful candidate will carry out research and analyse data to help identify new opportunities for new customer acquisition and upsell / cross-selling support. In addition to providing market insight across all businesses and brands in the Whistl Group.
Main Responsibilities of the Marketing Analyst
- Conduct competitive research within the digital space and specific business areas
- Provide insights into current market trends across all business areas
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
- Research and analyse data sources for use in acquisition activity, providing recommendations to the Marketing Manager (Acquisition) and Director of Marketing and Communications
- Provide customer analysis for cross-sell activity utilising CRM as appropriate and other complimentary sources
- Develop prospect lists for campaign activity across all business areas, using various tools to enrich and qualify leads
- Measure performance of online and offline campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
- Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Ad-hoc analytical and research requests aligned to business strategies and focus areas

This Marketing Analyst role involves working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week between 8am and 5:30pm.
