BRAND WAY FOOD LTD is a well-established trade wholesaler of soft drinks and confectionery. The company was established in 2019, and its main head office is situated in London. With ambitious, hardworking, and dedicated team we managed to increase our business from £50K in 2020 to £1.9M in 2023 with our one depot in London.
At BRAND WAY FOOD LTD we are on a journey to become the world’s dynamic soft drinks and confectionery company. We are looking to build on our success to date with ambitious growth, taking our existing products to new markets and acquiring new brands to extend our portfolio reach.
We planning to open 3 depots across the UK and forecasting a turnover of £10M by the end of 2026.
THE ROLE
As Marketing administrator, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. You will need to be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential. You will support the team working on special projects including developing websites, e-shots, social media campaigns and strategy.
We want someone who will relish being the voice of marketing for BRAND WAY FOOD LTD. Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong presentation and networking skills and has excellent time management abilities – demonstrating that they are able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Create & flawlessly execute the marketing plan that will feed into the overall soft drinks and confectionery 3-year strategy and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Liaising with external website designers and digital marketing specialists. Production of marketing, designing and sending out monthly e-newsletters and e-shots, social media posts.
- Updating blog and news pages on Websites -Creating and posting case studies on the website.
- Organising videos for uploading to website and social media
- Owning formalised client planning, monitoring, and reporting both exposure and end-result bookings/revenue
- Day-to-day development and execution of marketing, content, and PR plans
- Helping to achieve monthly business and revenue targets while supporting optimising team resource efficiencies.
- Attending meetings and events with clients on a frequent basis
- Compiling contact reports and updating clients regularly by phone, in person and by email when required.
- Maintaining knowledge of trends and news in the hospitality, tourism and leisure industries on a regular basis and provide information to the team during meetings. Own the full mix of marketing communications ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Lead & inspire internal and external teams to deliver the annual plan and budgets, including commercial business cases for individual annual plan projects.
- Develop strong internal (Category/ Insight/Operations/Commercial/Finance) and external (Agency) team relationships.
- Develop sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies and propose adjustments to product mix.
- Dealing with Category-specific queries internally and externally from suppliers and retailers

- Excellent knowledge and experience in using PC applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands.
- Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Experience managing agencies.
- At least 2 years marketing experience.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Salary: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year depending on experience
