Overview:

Bell Integration are looking for a diligent team player to assist in the planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns, collateral and events.

Working closely with the company’s head of marketing the marketing admin with provide vital support to help enable the sales team to meet their commercial objectives, by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and research required.

Responsibilities:

Lead alignment and Assisting in Campaign delivery – collateral development, data profiling and KPI reporting
Creative writing - Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites to support the sales team and generate leads
Reporting - Using Salesforce, Hubspot and Google Analytics to prove ROI and success metrics of campaigns to the board and external vendors
Co-ordinating with external suppliers & agencies - placing orders with external design, tele-marketing, print and collateral agencies to create company assets and deliver campaigns.

Qualifications:

Either 2 years experience in a similar role or a degree level marketing qualification
Assessing the results of marketing campaigns
Assisting the team in writing reports and analysing data
Using Salesforce/Hubspot to list profile, mass mail, manage, report on campaigns and allocate leads
Working with external agencies to create supporting collateral, content and graphic design
Design and execution of mass mailing pieces using a HTML editor
