Critical Purpose of Role
This position's primary focus is to:
1) Support the business owner to deliver excellent standards of service with total ease
2) Take responsibility for getting more eyes on our business.
3) Be organised, efficient and always wanting to find better ways to do a task
This role is to support Ellie with business marketing and personal admin, to allow her to free up her time and deliver brilliant support to hundreds of group members and clients..
As a key member of the team at Divorce Without Lawyers, you will share in the responsibilities and rewards of business growth.
Accountable for
Key Performance Indicators
● Admin of Free Facebook group and Paid Facebook group
● Daily & weekly social scheduling and repurposing of posts.
● New content and graphic creation
● Business owner inbox and calendar management
● Number of members in the group
● Customer response time
● Member retention
● Audience engagement figures
● Audience Growth metric’s (ie: FB group size, email list)
● Sales conversion
Job Purpose:
To support the business owner to manage and execute fantastic service to her free and paid Facebook groups and memberships through maximising marketing efficiencies, complete organisation and excellent customer service
Keep on top of current marketing trends and implement them into the business
Be passionate about taking all marketing & customer admin away from the founder, and delivering to a high standard.
Understanding how to run and manage challenges and launches and implementing the same alongside the business owner.
Identify and be involved in turning opportunities into business as usual practises.
Social Media
● Schedule daily social posts across social media platforms - Facebook (paid Plus free group) / Linked in / Instagram
● Schedule monthly blogs (may increase to weekly in time)
● Post in other approved groups as DWL
● Book Business owner on to podcasts
● Opportunities to improve social media presence
● Tracking Marketing and Social Media efforts
Admin Support
● Create Zoom links and manage schedule for team meetings and program calls (as required)
● Identify and book guest speakers who align with the groups purpose and core values
● Send gifts and notes to Clients, partners, and team members.
● Create PDFs and workbooks in Canva when required.
● Manage the founders inbox and diary smoothly, so she always knows what needs to be done when.
● Take the lead on the project management software Trello, to know every step (and SOP) is captured.
● Maintain DWL membership list and deal with conflict checks (in conjunction with business owner’s exiting legal team)
Community Support
● Review and approve new member requests for free group
● Promote Ellie’s support by referring to paid membership and/or 1-1 services, and asking for the sale.
● Direct any FAQ’s to relevant material already in circulation (previous posts, blogs, videos)
Community Admin
● Create weekly Zoom calls
● Ensure call details are available to members in the events page on Facebook, in Kartra and reminder emails are sent
● Answer any emails or messages regarding call details
Tech/Customer Support
● Input new email leads into Kartra
● Track recurring payments
● Action cancelled payments and issue refunds
● Upload videos/documents/templates
● Resend/create customer logins
● In time, be able to analyse and report email data, build and connect landing pages and set up Kartra funnels and tagging systems.
● Follow, create and update SOPs (and make recommendations for improvement)

● Be able to work a little bit each day, Monday - Friday, to include attending a fortnightly zoom call from 8-9pm, with flexibility for weekends and evening during launch periods. Responding to questions, or actions required each day.
● There will be a limited amount of personal administration to include (but notlimited to) booking personal appointments, paying invoices, arranging travel, managing subscriptions, organising thank you gifts and cards etc all of which will help Ellie to manage her time and focus on the growth of the business.
● Have a ‘can-do’ attitude, willing to step up and take tasks off the founder, and build great, long-lasting relationships. Whilst there is flexibility and freedom in the role, trust, professionalism and punctuality are key.

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
