We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team and provide assistance to individuals with varying support needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional and physical support to clients, helping them with daily tasks, accessing the local community and assisting them in developing life skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience would be beneficial but is not a necessity as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Provide emotional support to clients.
- Provide companionship to clients.
- Help clients to access services and resources in the community.
- Help clients to develop independent living skills.
- Provide transportation for clients as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £11.10-£12.50 per hour
