We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our successful, well established internship program at Ferrero. We work closely with our interns to ensure their program is rewarding, exciting and provides the most relevant skills for their future careers. You will have real responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to value-add projects, learning from the very best minds in the industry. As well as the valuable work experience you will gain, you will be part of a group of interns working and learning together.
This role requires a strong passion for data and numerical analysis. We are seeking candidates with excellent Excel skills and who are comfortable using it on a day to day basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Tracking and reporting on brand performance (sales, brand, equity).
- Tracking on competitors’ performance across Nielsen & Kantar platforms and on NPDs (new product launches).
- Contribute to packaging artwork activity and image development.
- Assist the management of Social Media activity.
- Support the team in presentations, data pulls and workflows to be presented to senior teams over the year
- Work with the e-commerce team to ensure updates on SKUS are taken and the online presence is consistent
- Support in set up of main events with the sales team as well as with the global team (sales presentations, seasonal NPDs workshops)
- The opportunity to observe and participate in value-add projects.
- Attend companywide business updates and presentations where appropriate.

You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and to work independently with support from wider team members.

The recruitment process consists of three stages:
- Phone Interviews March 2023
- Testing stage week of the 20th March
- Assessment Center April 2023
The program starts between July – September 2023 and will be a 12 months program.
