By joining the Data and Model Risk team within the MSR department you will be validating market data and helping maintain models used across the business.
The difference you’ll make.
Maintaining the market data related model inventory and governance requirements in Monet with good understanding of the Model Risk Framework, potentially expanding model involvement to other areas of MSR over time.
Engaging throughout the year in implementation of changes to market input models, driven by market events and/or methodology changes.
Validating market data daily for Valuations and Risk reporting in SanUK and administering queries which occur throughout the day.
Updating and presenting MI for monthly forums and committees for wider stakeholders.
What you’ll bring.
Previous experience (not restricted to banking) working in an analytic background with strong Excel and VBA skills
Degree in Mathematics, Science or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
It would also be nice for you to have.
Great work ethic and ability to hit tight deadlines with the eagerness to handle complex problems.
What else you need to know.
This role is currently split between home and the Milton Keynes office. The expectation will be to work two to three days a week in the office.
This is a permanent position.
