There is no sales involved, and this position is flexible – Shifts are requested on a weekly basis.

This Is Motif Ltd is looking for personable, reliable and conscientious people to conduct market research by telephone.

What are we looking for?...

- Fluent English speaker with professional phone manner

- Exceptional customer service

- Ability to hit targets, be goal oriented

- Computer Literate

Previous Market Research, Call Centre or face to face customer service experience is helpful.

Reliability is key. You must be able to commit to the shifts you request. If you find yourself needing to make last minute changes to your shifts or regularly being late, this job will not be suitable for you.

As a Telephone Interviewer, you will be working from the comfort of your own home. To be set up to work from home, you will require the following equipment:

· Fast, stable, and reliable internet connection (speed test required)

· Up to date smartphone to install our VPN authentication app (iOS 13 or later. Android 10 or later)

· Windows 10 or 11 PC/Laptop with minimum 4GB RAM (Mac OS not supported). Anti-Virus must be installed.

· USB Headset

The company is well established with a head office in Great Portland Street, London, a large Blue Chip client base, and over 30 years of research experience.

The role offers ongoing employment, both Full and Part Time - ideal for people of all backgrounds/ages; parents, students at any level, actors, musicians, those running a part-time business or individuals simply seeking variety in their working hours.

This job is most suitable for people wishing to work for a minimum of 3 months.

Pay Rates

Pay is £11.68 (£10.42 plus 12.07% holiday pay) regardless of age

There is also a weekly bonus scheme increasing pay by an additional £1.40 per hour.

Shifts Available

Mon-Fri: 9am to 5pm, 2pm-8pm, 4pm-8pm, 5pm-8pm (10am-2pm shift available for school runs)

Saturdays: 10am til 4pm

Minimum of 12 hours per week required.

Training is provided. There is an 8-shift trial period following training.

Next Available training is 12th and 13th July (you must attend both days)
