Job Description: Marketing Research + Sales Support
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Research + Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analysing data, developing relationships with very accounts, and providing support to the sales teams. You will play a critical role in helping us make informed parking decisions and maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collect and analyse data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and online research tools.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarising research findings and recommendations.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns based on market insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights from customers.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to identify target audiences.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Be prepared to travel + support trade show events and meet the buyer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using market research tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with sales processes and strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
