Job Description Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Market Data Administrator to join our growing Market Data team.
Job Description
Our team is responsible for the strategic management of third party Market Data (external pricing and reference data) and Business Information contracts for the group and manages a budget of £millions/ year. The role will appeal to a motivated and career minded individual keen to develop, that has good attention to details and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate information in the inventory database updating contracts pricing, users and service information
- Handle the Market data team mailbox for requests and issues.
- Action joiners, movers & leaver requests for user based access
- Review user lists for contract renewals
- Process and reconciliation of invoices
- Exchange declaration
- Manage the month end process and recharge
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will ideally have the following skills:
- Ideally 2+ years in similar role
- MDM
- Experience with DACS or other entitlement systems
- Market Data Industry knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Superb communication and documentation skills
- Works independently to collate and analyse data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.
