Job description
If you want to see genuine outcomes from the work you do, then you can get that here. That’s because your analysis, marketing and CRM expertise is integral to building our marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
So, if using customer data and insights to drive value is your passion, this is the role for you!
We have two roles available, one permanent and one 12-month fixed term opportunity.
About the role
As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll be conducting and delivering analysis that directly informs our personalisation agenda.
Working within a team of 5, you’ll get the opportunity to lead the development and recommendations of our data led CRM strategy. Acting as an SME for your area, you’ll also provide advice on methodology and campaign data needs, to support our varied multi-channel marketing activities.
You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Marketing Team and the whole of the commercial division to help YBS reach its targets. You’ll understand the needs of the business and our members, what’s going on in the wider market and turn this understanding in to actionable customer communications and analysis. You’ll also use data and insight to create and maintain KPI reports on CRM effectiveness demonstrating return on investment as well as making recommendations on areas for optimisation.
We are hybrid working currently, so you’ll be doing the same with the need to travel into our Leeds office. We'll talk to you more about this during the process.
About you
You’ll have a strong knowledge of delivering data driven marketing campaigns through multiple channels (including Direct Mail, eMail, SMS). This will be coupled with experience of working within a CRM multi-channel/multi-brand marketing environment.
You’ll also need a strong understanding of marketing CRM tools and a flair for data, with experience of manipulating and analysing large data sets (via SQL and SAS).
Away from the marketing specific skills, you’ll need to be a great communicator with excellent attention to detail. You’ll be managing multiple projects at once so should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
